Bourgogne Rosé
VARIETAL: Pinot Noir.
YIELD: 60 hl/ ha.
PRUNING METHOD: Sustainable approach.
VINIFICATION: Made using the “saignée” technique after 12 hours of maceration, addition of yeasts, alcoholic fermentation for 15 days at between 18-20°C, racking off.
AGEING: In stainless-steel vats for 8 to 10 months, filtering and bottling on the estate
TASTING NOTES: A crisp, aromatic nose, with flavors of red berries.
FOOD &WINE COMBINATIONS: Perfect to accompany summer dishes, or with grapefruit as an aperitif. To be drunk well-chilled.
SERVICE: Drink between 1 and 3 years old, at a temperature of 10°C.
